It's a pretty heavy memory based sort of thing: memorizing antidotes, trigger words for emergency procedures, etc. If you're pursuing EM, EMRA gives some nice little booklets of high yield info, but if not, I found COMBANK good to get through! 1.AMBOSS tends to have some more esoteric, kinda random questions that are lower yield. If you only do one, do UW. If you can afford both and love question banks, do both. I won't have more than a few weeks for Step 2 dedicated so there's no point trying to save UWORLD for that.
